So as of now, does this mean no fans?

Nah from whats been said season ticket holders can still attend as already paid for those. And any games that has had tickets sold for up till now

But think after that..just season ticket people.

They're gaining confidence. This could be one of the last few games in front of a large crowd this season as it stands.. something to remember and all

Newcastles Saudi owners executed 81 people in one day today.

But they are 'Fit and Proper' owners, unlike ours.

#unfettered hypocrisy

Would love to see the fans hold up banners/posters like this tomorrow.

The sheer hypocrisy and PR stunts from the UK government have been on full blast. In 5 years time, we are going to look back and see how truly comical they all are.

Hope our lads are well and truly on top of their game and in siege mentality mode. Win comfortably and hear Stamford Bridge buzzing and singing just to piss off all these journalists who are desperate for our club to die.

I’ve seen numerous reporters saying this is a battle between “evils” or that this match is “a new low.” Painting the entire club and fan base because of one man.

'The fact that you can't buy a match programme must mean that Putin is shitting himself':

Former Chelsea owner Ken Bates slams sanctions imposed on the club as he claims 'it is the ordinary fans who are suffering'

 Bates is 100% right

I know it's more complicated esp as he owns it..but don't why the money can't be given elsewhere but in a way that he doesn't get a penny. It's not just the fans it's the workers as well! People going to lose jobs especially match day staff. You won't need them all for such a small crowd as it'll probably be.

Though guess the Chelsea trusty people who was going to hand it over said no? So can't work like that. It was a bit hmm and can see why there were suspicious.

Hopefully can just win win win

Wait, no Callum Wilson, Saint-Max (from the start), and no Ryan Fraser? Those are the 3 players I was actually somewhat concerned about due to their pace.

This is a match we should now be dominating with the XI they have out there.

Must be weird down there without programme stalls and mega store being open

Interesting quotes from Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta in the matchday programme (which is no longer on sale to the public, but still provided for members of the media).

He says: "I want to begin my notes with a message of support for the people of Ukraine who are suffering so much at the moment and showing incredible strength in terrible circumstances.

"The football family has been united in showing its compassion and support for everyone affected by these horrific events."

He adds that the players "remain fully focused on our objectives".
