Probably 7 or 8 starters away from being good enough so hundreds of millions and lots of time needed for the rebuild that's required. Sometimes he controls it well, other times he looks like Lukaku aka the touch of a brick wall. This is why we need another top forward option who offers the team a different way of playing. A forward who can make things happen for outside the box as well as in it. Tammy is almost useless outside the box. Timo Werner would make loads of sense there.
