One of the reasons it is one of the best 007 movies. More mature and unexpected, less of the same!

I still think "From Russia with Love" and "Casino Royale" are a bit better, but "Skyfall" is definetly one of the best...

For me it was an ok film and i have always loved James bond and watched each one several times, but for me i have just never really liked daniel craig as bond that much. I think it was a good film but wasn't a bond film as what made a bond film was the suarve, charisma, humour, stupidly cool gagets, cars and women. It reminded me more of a jason bourne film (which were obviously good films) but it just didn't feel the same... But then i am a huge lover of sean connery bond films, and no bond film will ever come close to the likes of Dr.No or Goldfinger. IMO...

Dredd, Total Recall, Skyfall

First two were better than the originals

Skyfall is good, but so disappointed to find out that they didn't actually film in Shanghai other than the driving scene and the aerial… Even the airport scene is faked

I am!! Mike and I went to high school together so I have known him for ages. He has put in his dues in the business so I'd like to see him get some accolades.

Some others he's worked on are: the crazies, my blood valentine 3-D, Pirates of the Caribbean: at worlds end, Let me in, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, and Jack Reacher.

Sherlock Holmes

Eh, it was an entertaining film but not very Sherlock Holmesy. Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law are great as Holmes and Watson respectively, the sets, costumes, atmosphere are perfect and reflect Victorian Era England perfectly but what fails this film is the director Guy Richie.

"Planes, Trains and Automobiles"- 9/10

A quite funny comedy but also very sentimental. Simply wonderful film, without a doubt one of the greatest holiday movies ever made. Next year I'll make sure to watch it during the holiday season.
