The job is too big for someone with little experience (Lamps) no experience (JT) or someone who has failed pretty badly everywhere he's managed (Zola). The difficulty is that, unlike when Avram Grant "took over" - well, Clarke took over - the players, back then, didn't need any management. We had one of the best teams in the world.
