Cesc even with his limitations positionally and physically is still a lot better for me. Nah I dont agree with you on this one. Look at KDB's goal against us. He completely walked through our midfield had we had Danny in there Im certain that gap would not have appeared. Games that we need to be compact Im going with a mobile Drinkwater over Cesc Tomo, The Skipper, jernej93 and 2 others

bigbluewillie 1,930
Fucking hell, drinkwater out calf problem. He's only played one game. Oooooops wrong info fucking sky Stats
Leif 6,006
Stats like this So, he didn't make more passes than any other player. Can't we just use our eyes instead of stats + proclaiming about his form in past seasons, which we barely even watched?
Popular Post! manpe 10,861 Posted October 28, 2017 Popular Post! Share Posted October 28, 2017 Liked what he offered in those 15 minutes. Looked better than Bakayoko already and the guy is far from full fitness. Definitely more comfortable at passing. If Baka doesn't improve quickly, then I'd be tempted to play Drinkwater Kante midfield considering their history together. Beigl 1,387
Good player..
OneMoSalah 8,886
Another decent cameo. Baka has a lot of work to do if he’s to stay in the team I imagine. Although his presence could be useful in there next to a Kante/Cesc/Drinkwater.
Kajo 176
Decent experienced player. He will be quite useful for us imo. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Magic Lamps 11,692
40m is indeed too much but he is a far superior player than Matic.
Tomo 21,751
Maybe this was more down to instruction from Conte to retreat, Danny not fully upto speed or the opposition becoming fearless in the late stages, maybe all 3, but i feel bringing Drinkwater on to see out the games vs Bournemouth and United hasn't really worked and has invited pressure. Ok not to Jose bringing on Mikel extent but it is something that's needs to be noted as i can imagine this ain't the last time we are bringing Danny on to see games out this season, especially if 352 in the bigun's is now here to stay. To be fair, I think it'll depend on who Drinkwater comes on for. If he replaces Bakayoko or even Kante while Fabregas (and Hazard) remains on the pitch, then I don't think it'll be an issue. But if it's for Fabregas, like against United, then it may be one because we'll obviously invite pressure. Need Fabregas/Hazard out there to have some degree of control of matches. Leif 6,006
What's pathetic is pretending this is a knee-jerk reaction based on 1 game. That isn't the case. The case has been clear long enough, and now people are getting fed up. lucio

We've been spending far too much on squad players in recent years instead of going for big guns.
