I think thats a really simplistic way to look at transfer negotiations. If a club doesn't wan't to sell a player they aren't going to opening put a price tag on his head. Napoli know we need a CB so why would they accept our first few offers.

This dude was one of the best CB's in Europe last year and has the potential to be the best. Worth it.

Koulibaly + Zouma at some point this season hopefully. Future back 3 of Koulibaly, Zouma, and Chistensen. Pace, power, great on the ball, massive size and physicality.
