Or this one of the sign a young player and make profit a few years later kind of deals? Β Β He is genuinely the American John Stones. Strong, tall, sort of thin frame who is proactive, likes to be on the ball and has the potential to be captain for their NT. He had a fantastic season in a team that was thought to be rebuilding after the departures of Henry and Tim Cahill and the new coach going with a youth movement. He's only had 1 great season though, and part of the praise is certainly him exceeding expectations. Β People who are comparing him to Hector and Papy are just bitter about the board's recent decisions with no logic being applied.Β His potential to make the first team? What youngster has been bled into the team in the last 10-15 years? Mikel? Zouma if he stays on track? That's about it. As much as I'd love to see an American in the Chelsea XI, I'll still side with the Vitesse/Championship loans before he gets sold to Reading. bluesman2610

Fernando 6,585
These are the kind of deals emanolo and company was doing before Mourinho. In which they got a lot of praise from me. Kdb, Courtois, lukaku and much more.Β Looks like we are going back to that mentality and I'm happy. Because it's better to buy these young players with potential.
