Changing to a 4-3-3 or whatever formation won't magically make Hazard, Costa, Pedro, Ivan, Terry, Matic, Fabregas , Falcao, Remy, Oscar, Mikel, and Baba not rubbish. This goes way deeper than a little tactical tinkering.

Mourinho has been shit but nearly everyone at the club has been just as bad.

The performance is the culmination of the managers work on the training ground and his tactics. Or else what are we paying him multi millions to do?

These Chelsea players are a joke. Shit, I could blame Mourinho but he isn't the one being a useless bastard out on the pitch. They are playing like newbies straight outta the Championship.

He still is the one to play a RB to become an inverted LB, destroying any width that side could potentially have. A CB to play as a RB whilst that CB is known for terrible ball distribution, terrible positioning, and atrocious one on one defending.

He also continues to play an out of form defensive midfielder, who is nothing but a liability out there when it comes to tactical awareness, distribution, and opposing players pressuring him. He still shows his love and affection towards certain Brazilians, who are pathetic in tight spaces, can't sustain possession, offer fuck all in the final third, and can't lead a transition. Oh sure, they are technically limited footballers, but THAT WORK RATE THO!!!!!

Mourinho is 100 percent to blame. Him bringing such a negative image towards the club in recent months as well as an atrocious footballing initiative is possibly the main contributor to our downfall. I wanted him gone before the Porto game, I wanted him gone after the Porto game, and even by some fucking miracle we win this 2-1 I still want him gone.
