didierforever 7,349
Because things change in 2 months. Honestly, its not so hard to grasp.oh so its perfectly acceptable that roman and the whole board had a massive change of heart regarding jose, despite the fact that literally anyone related to the club can see the half arsed performances being put by so many of our players. and yet there is not the slightest possibility that the players have actually screwed our manager over right after he actually says he critisizes his players from top to bottom.honestly, thats not so hard to grasp. didierforever 7,349
I think they was backing him.But they didn't expect us to be in this position after that statement.Seriously did you thought this would happen (1 point above relegation zone)? And there was no sign of progress.again my questions remain the same.jose just made a massive statement regarding the players.what exactly do we get out of this sacking? will we make the top 4? will we win the PL? i would still say that winning the CL was more probable with jose than with anyone else on this world with the current squad. 2 weeks before the transfer window starts. how does his sacking make any sense NOW.most of us had made peace with the fact that he would stay this season no matter what. and i was fine with it. give him a transfer window to right his wrongs. Popular Post! Stats 7,230 Posted December 17, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted December 17, 2015 I see so much people saying if the players start performing they will not be able to to forgive them etc. Does this mean you want us to continue losing and playing constant shit football? It would say a lot but I am praying we start seeing better football and results and will think that the fans are finally being rewarded for the dross we have watched for the past few months.Really baffled. I wonder if people said the same when AVB and RDM was in charge. bethos1, Ainsley Harriott, Mana and 4 others
Popular Post! Muzchap 8,966 Posted December 17, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted December 17, 2015 Time to chillWhat's happened, has happened I don't see similarities with AVB - this feels very different As for the board, I think maybe the post match interview was the last straw. Chelsea have been through enough this season without the media having a field day on 'betrayal' of players blah blah. I just think they got sick of it, combined with our league position. The commercial side should never be underestimated, new sponsors, etc. Mutual Consent is a great clause - saves both parties in a contract situation, fair play to Mourinho, he would have had to agree to this. Therefore, maybe his final actions have brought some much needed honour back, he was losing it for a bit there. So on with the managerial merry-go-round - let's see what the next stop brings. It's been emotional!!! Eidur the Spider 4,515
From Sky Sports News:EVA CARNEIRO DISPUTE SET FOR SETTLEMENT Jose Mourinho's sacking today has opened the door for a possible return to Stamford Bridge for Eva Carneiro. It's understood a number of senior players remain upset at the way in which the popular club doctor left the club. She remains out of work and still lives close to the Chelsea training ground in Cobham. Lawyers for all side are due to come face-to-face on January 6 ahead of a potential full employment tribunal in June. Last month Carneiro lodged claims for sex discrimination against Jose - claims which Jose is still liable for despite his departure from the club. Carneiro also claimed reinstatement at the club along with personal injury compensation and aggravated damages from the club. And SSN has leant that today was a significant day in the legal process that’s underway between Jose, Chelsea and Eva Carneiro. Chelsea and Jose had 49 days to register their defence against those claims – and as things stand, we understand that no defence (or ET3 form as it is known) has been lodged with the tribunal from either Jose or the club – and neither have asked for an extension. They have until midnight to lodge their defence. ( Not yesterday as has been reported). It’s difficult at this stage to conclude what happens now. But certainly Chelsea’s lack of activity would suggest that the stand-off between the two sides may now be over – and Chelsea may look to settle the 5-month dispute in the coming weeks. Sometimes I feel you are Leif in disguise. LOOOOL!First, you are jumping to absurdly dumb conclusions. Who said players and football department employees were giving a pass? Thats stupid. However, sacking a manager in December is possible, getting rid of players or signing new ones isnt. So Roman did what was possible.Yes, thet backed the manager AT THAT TIME, but with things actually getting worse after 2 months, maybe the Russian decided Jose wouldn't continue. So beter to sack him now than to let him have a transfer window to spend more money on players the club and the new manager might not want.Seriously, all you want is to complain like a whiny baby. Its what you do. Until yesterday you were trashing Jose and asking for his head. Now that he is sackedyou are complaining it wasnt at your prefered time. Pathetic! Eden Hazard 17 28
Seriously gutted thinking about what Jose could be going through right now. Popular Post! Rhino's Skin 972 Posted December 17, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted December 17, 2015 An interesting question to you here:Do you genuinely believe that Jose is more or less guilt free and that our bad showings doesn't have much to do with his tactics and how he sets up and selects the team? Do you actually believe the players are performing bad because they want Mourinho sacked? That's just too simplistic a view to take. Many of us won't forget that we're here to support the club we love on Saturday either. I'm very sure of it. Yes, we love Mourinho and what he's done for the club but we love our club more, and we love watching us play regardless of what's going on. That's the attitude and atmosphere I hope to see at the Bridge on Saturday.there will be a celebration of Mourinho's time with a couple of renditions of his songs and applause. No one should take this as protest, being 'toxic' etc etc.Individual supporters may boo players but will most probably be shouted down by those that want to enjoy the match and support the team.Best tonic to cure anything....a few goals.....any thought of booing etc will soon be forgotten The Skipper, Essien19, DYC. and 2 others
