Jose Mourinho has been charged by The FA following his side’s game against Aston Villa on Saturday 15 March 2014

It is alleged the Chelsea manager’s behaviour in re-entering the field of play in or around the 90th minute of the fixture and approaching the Match Referee amounted to improper conduct.

Mourinho has until 6pm on 24 March 2014 to respond to the charge.

Imagine us vs Pep again or Carlo. If we win Jose would prove HE IS THE BEST MANAGER IN THE WORLD. Atm I would say he is 2nd ahead of Carlo and behind Pep.

Why is he second behind Pep and Carlo? In my book both Ancelotti and Mourinho are better than Guardiola. He has never proved himself in an average/above-average team in his career. He has never faced an opposition on equal terms, regarding team quality. First, he had Barcelona's golden generation with Messi, Xavi, Iniesta plus several others all in their prime, then he jumped to a club that had beaten Barcelona 7-0 and won the treble.

I would LOVE to see him beat an opposition while being the underdog.

Tbf just because you are at a top team doesn't mean you are guaranteed success, look at Moyes atm. And I see where you are coming from he managed Barca and Bayern, 2 of the 3 best teams in the world. But imo his tactic is great, passing and controlling matches. It is not a coincidence that Bayern are now dominating possession almost every match now and not as direct anymore. Well Jose really hasn't been at a underdog team since Porto or Inter days imo. Inter then had like 6 players in team of the year later that year so you could also argue they are really not that bad of a squad but he helped them to go to that next world class level.

But again it is all subjective I suppose, opinions at the end of the day. All 3 are fantastic and would love any of them manage us so in a sense we are lucky to have 1 of the best manager in the world.
