CHOULO19 24,332
I made this wallpaper in honor of Mourinho's best XI in period 2004-2014. If you agree with this team choice just like this post, but if not please expalin below.Ferreira over Iva at RB, but other than that I'd choose the exact same XI with an honorary mention for the Bison. Badboy 1,526
Essien over Ballack all day long Ballack was a lazy flop a mechanical player that cost us 3 years of team development. Kieran. and Rambo
Tomo 21,754
Ballack's job on the filed wasn't apparent and appreciative, but when he left Chelsea we have seen how important he was. Season 2010-11 was trashy without trophies. Something was missing in our game 'kaz game was really chaotic. Missing thing was a German who was connecting the dots at the pitch more than we think. I think you can't compare Ballack and Essien, 'kaz Essien was real DMF as Makelele. Ballack was classic CMF. So question is Makelele or Essien (even though sometimes they played together), not Ballack or Essien. Ballack had more forwarding skills. I like Essien same as Ballack, that is the truth. But I think Ballack should be on this wallpaper, as he is. Essien can be bench member of Best XI.I don't think Ballack would have made any difference in 10-11 (it's also worth noting he was hardly pulling up trees when we were struggling under Scolari). Our issues that season ran so deep that not one player could have papered over the cracks, let alone solved them. We signed Mata that summer and while individually he was a breath off fresh air, our issues collectively were still there. Last season we were going back in the right direction but still weren't out off the woods and this season we have made great steps in recovery and hopefully we will never let the squad stagnate so bad again. duo11bluecl 207
Just looking through the fixtures of us comparing to City,Arsenal and Liverpool. If we don't win the title this season that would be a sack worthy offence imo, if we throw this away now especially with our easy fixtures would be unforgivable. I hope we win it by early next month and concentrate on CL, beating Arsenal next week and that is them out of it.But we have gotten into a position where winning the league or else would be considered a failure. duo11bluecl 207
Sack Mourinho and bring in who????No I am not saying we should sack him! Just that not winning is a sackable offense just like killing someone means a long sentence in jail, doesn't always happen though.Seriously ?..You think we should sack Jose after 1 season if we don't win the title ?No we will not sack him, I am just saying with the position we got ourselves into and the circumstance, not winning the title and this season would be a failure.like killing someone deserves a long sentence in jail...etc doesn't mean they will get it

Jose's first season + most of the fans are not expecting to win it + Mou keeps playing us down and seems like Roman actually has patience this time. So it wont be a failure IMO. duo11bluecl 207
How can it be a failure when just a few months ago we didn't even expect to be in the position we're in now? Circumstances changes. It has gotten to a stage where we SHOULD BE WINNING THE TITLE because of the position we got ourselves into. It is like not expected to win the CL but got ourselves into semi final with Olympiakos, Schalker and Arsenal left in the competition. We should really be winning it in that case despite not being favor at the start.
