Mou must take most of the blame, i´m sorry, but insisting in the same underperforming players week in week out it´s baffling and just stupid, plain arrogant, full of himself and just doesn´t seem capable of solving this current crisis. Di Matteo did win the CL and got from hero to zero with the same team that AVB had. The Season after the exact same team played like shit with the new superstar eden hazard, Di Matteo got sacked. We did have a trigger happy owner and I don't want go back to that. Mou in 2005 started to criticise his players, chelsea fans went nuts. I just feel so many other fans have more class then what our fans have become in the last decade. I compare situations. And if you even get blank numbers Mour has a superb record as a trainer. What ever you say his CV tells nough about what he can do. Only bcs you play some Fifa Manager 16 you think you are a better manager/coach/trainer then Mou. Again even if we get Klopp I bet he will be sacked after 2 seasons... Its so many thigns coming togehter.

Tired Cesc/Matic, Shitty Zouma/Cahill-Kombo, we need Terry but Terry didn't look solid at all when play'n. Iva is shit for 4 seasons now, can't stand him, what I thik of him is well documented. We had a shit transfer period. We didn't get the players we wanted (remember Stones, which Mou wanted desperatly because he knew how shit our defence is and that he has to replace Terry).

i find today's reaction a bit OTT to be honest.

the way our season had panned out so far, i did not give us a chance. a lot of people even called me out on being "disinterested".

i mean what did people expect to happen today?

we would suddenly out of the blue, start playing slick one touch passes. i mean, i honestly dont remember the last time we put in a through ball. oh wait, remember RLC's pass to kenedy. but he was never going to get a chance today.

i am simply happy that we showed some fight. mikel and ramires were immense. willian was quite good in the 2nd half. azpi was as awesome as always, so was begovic.

the underperformers are there for everyone to see - iva, cesc.

all i blame him today was starting these 2 players.

Thats what Mou always did and I think thats the atmosphere he always needs to perform at his best. Protect his players and try to give them self belive what ever shit they've played the game before. He has to accept that he has to drop Iva, thats as clear as daylight, and for a manager that so often hasn*t been afraid of benching absolut club legends I don't understand why he doesn't the same with Iva, maybe he just doesn't trust baba but baba, even if he wasn't world class, was a relief compared to Bane.

Players he has to build on as players he can trust in must be:

- Willian (he is always ready to kill himself on the field)

- Azpi (same as willian)

- Rambo (even he has his limitation I must admit he has been the best in the middle of the pitch so far and he is ready to run)

- Costa

- Hazard

Every other player should be told they are not guaranteed anything at all.
