I knew from the moment I heart the news about Eva that season will be shit from now on. Media has blown the shit out of the proportions (how funny that no one even knows the name of the guy that first ran on the pitch before Eva)... She was popular between fans and players and probably no-one said anything to Mou directly about this decision, but players still think what they think in their head and it effects their performances. It reminds me of our disastrous season after firing Ray Wilkins (not saying that Eva is as important as Ray was, but she is a popular figure still). You just don't want this vibe in your club...

Mourinho's 3rd season curse, nervousness, stupid knee jerk decisions, blaming everyone on everything, bad mood around the club, no motivation, Eva situation, fucking Yokohama... I don't mind finishing 3rd or 4th as long as Loftus Cheek, Zouma, Stones(?) become regulars at the club.

What I would mind is finishing 3rd, 4th while sticking with Ivanovic and Cahill.

This feels like Mourinho's 2007 season.. wouldnt be surprised if dressing room problems start(or have started already..). The whole medical staff drama hasnt helped either.

Why we started the pre-season so late ? Mourinho never starts pre-season so late. I mean that was like 3 weeks before the season ?

He wants to protect players from burning too soon but if they're rotated they don't burn so quickly, in January or so. If we had rotation options that have trust from Jose we would hit the ground running now. We don't have them and that means Jose is preparing his team for playing the same XI every week and wants them to last a longer period now ? That's good explanation I think why we started pre-season so late ... We simply don't have enough quality in the squad.

The next 2 weeks are very important. Add one world talent in offensive/midfield department and it gives a little breath to anyone.

Because we did play our last game on the 16th of June in order to have an unnecessary post season tour in Australia.

It's going one way right now IMO and it feels awful. Pre season was a shambles and the start has been exactly the same. Jose, your backs against the wall son, you need some magic, and quickly.
