What a start, what a player. Lukaku 1 goal 4 games, Costa 7 goals 4 games. One cost 28M one cost 32M. Money well spent and well recuperated.

Cesc Fabregas or Aidan McGeady?

I think people are paying too much attention to the net bulging and not to who's making the play for the goal...

Fabregas has been FABULOUS this season! so deadly and putting the perfect weight on the ball.

ouch that was awkward.

"There is so much rubbish in there [...] get your ball out for the fans, here it is"

I hope FAbregas got some plaudits for his amazing assist rate, too

The interviews are always so awkward. Why would anyone want to see the ball ffs?!

Lol. "You're the second player in Chelsea history to score in his first 4 games."

Costa: "Muy bien."

Lololol

To be fair, Costa plays in a team where Fabregas, Hazard, Oscar (and Ramires :) ) are constantly feeding him with good passes. Everton has been shit this season and Lukaku has players like Naismith and McGeady behind him. I don't think Costa would score 7 goals in 4 matches at Everton.

Where are the Diego Costa critics who were just mad because he played for Spain, not for Brazil and slated people who wanted to have him here ?Rmpr?

Priceless. :)

Just watched the goals on MOTD and I have to say I am in awe of the man. He is honestly like a breath of fresh air, his movement, especially for the hat trick goal was amazing, was watching him as Rambo aimed to shoot and he was alive, while our previous strikers were on life support in comparison. An absolute joy to watch. I remember watching Hernan Crespo a few years back away at Spurs, and I was pretty high up, so I could see all the movement, seeing Costa reminded me of that day and that's fantastic. The commentator on MOTD said it best: 'He scores out of nowhere'. The deadliest of strikers. Overjoyed.
