I would dearly love to see Happy back here cause I loved him.

Seeing that big bonce of his up in the box always gave a good target to aim for.

Hes got the sort of character thats great on the pitch and dressing room and has obviously gained a lot of experience with his loams His ball playing and passing especially.

TBH Ive not seen much of him but have been reading up reports etc the Toffee lot love him  And with the game he put in against the bin dipping gits I'm becoming open to bringing him back.

But maybe thats my heart ruling my head

Tho him and Rudi together would be hard to break thru.

He's a good defender mate. But I'm not optimistic Sarri can teach him how to play in possession based football. Although I heard he did wonders with KK in Napoli.

If he's good for world champions he's good for us. Of course not as a starter but he should be in the squad next season especially with transfer ban. Rudiger, Luiz, Christensen and Zouma. Very solid. Loan Ampadu he needs game time regularly.

Was fantastic against Arsenal today and kept Laca and co in his pocket.

beast mode in the air

I think he is finally fully recovered from that horrific knee injury

I had massive doubts he ever would, so I admit I was wrong

You can keep clean sheet against Arsenal and Liverpool only with great defenders. Also playing for world champion's is another great thing in his CV. He has to take Cahill's place for next season. Loan Ampadu. My only issue with Zouma is his ability to play from the back with the ball. Although I heard stories KK was very poor in that segment before working with Sarri in Naples. So Zouma new Koulibaly?

Watched the game today and I was very impressed. He still has that turn of pace seemingly despite his injury and he is a big, powerful presence.

I always worry when we don't play with Rudiger that we lack that strength and power at the back and become susceptible to being bullied. He would be the perfect player for me to rotate with Rudiger.

He was never the greatest player on the ball but I think he's serviceable. The only time he could be problematic is against some of the top teams who will be bold to press us high up the pitch. 75% of teams will look to defend deep and counter attack us and with that in mind, Zouma's ability on the ball shouldn't be an issue so long as he keeps things simple.

And he is much better defender compared to most CBs we have, so when we are being countered, we wouldnt look like a fucking joke every single time.

I wouldn't be opposed to him coming back next season. Even with a transfer ban, some of the squad does need freshening up and he is a proven Premier League player who could be extremely useful.

I don't know why but however I have a feeling though if we can get our ban overturned or deferred that we'll sell Zouma to fund back buying Ake.

Really depends on what type of football we want to play. If it is possession, then I'm afraid Zouma is never going to work for us.

If a different manager goes back to a more direct style, then he can certainly do well and could even become an important player for us.
