Kurt Zouma

Today is a day of congratulations to us all. Kurt is improving step by step and he begins to overcome the problems he had at first regarding his mental control and as Kurt every game played very nervous, it was as if he were eager to demonstrate their level and he gave passes with little naturalness and his jumps were too disproportionate. However, with the passage of time, step by step, Kurt is overcoming these problems and he starts playing more and more quiet every day and he begins to show that he not only a simple backupif not he can be the partner of John Terry and he increasingly demonstrates that forms part of our present and our future. Kurt is becoming a TOP centre-back.

He is playing better and better. I am glad that Kurt has overcome its problems regarding mind control that made him play with nerves and now he plays increasingly showing its high level quiet.

Congratulations Kurt.

Tbh I don't think anyone thinks he is.

Someone posted earlier (maybe on here or Twitter), there's no guarantees that Zouma wouldn't make the same mistakes that Cahill does.. But it's likely he would probably make less of them and/or he would learn from the mistakes he does make and adapts his game.

that was me, sir - two days ago on the Willian's thread, and I stand by my words.

atm it doesn't get worse than Cahill (he has low confidence, is tired) and Zouma seemingly played a hell of a match today according to general commentary.

I hope José has the balls to do it.

I do not think that he is captain material, but he could grow into a very good player.

Right now,I think that he is too shy,but maybe he grows into a leader.Cesc and Azpi are right now our future captains.

From his interviews and general demeanour on the pitch, he seems very much captain material to me.

I still can't get over his performance against Maribor away. That 2nd half was such an open game as we were pushing for an equalizer but he kept a cool head and completely stamped his authority. I'm not sure if anyone else noticed but there was a point in the match when one of the Maribor players was trying to time waste but Zouma quite literally grabbed the ball from his hands. He's such an imposing character but yet charismatic. I think he has leadership written all over him.
