I sound like a broken record at this point, but this man is a genius. He has the same shine Didier had to score important goals in important matches and I really hope his problem in the thigh is a very simple one.

We need to keep Samuel next season, we need his clinical goals and his intelligence and his guidance to the younger players.

He's worth every penny we pay him in his wages. That's a 33 (?) year-old guy, but the class and the fate to big stages will never leave him. If we win this, all players are important, some more than others for the title. Sami is one of the guys who's contributed more.

Apperantly Samuel was feeling a tear, but he stopped going any further before he damage it even more.

Mourinho said on Chelsea TV after the game that he hoped Eto's hamstring injury is not too serious and will probably only be out for maybe 10-15 days.

Joy...Guess we'll probably have to play Torres against PSG now.

Like Didier, Samuel seems to thrive in the big games. Well worth the reported wage fees, he is the best striker in our team BY FAR.

Maybe or maybe not. At least with Eto'o around, we have options but with him injured, albeit for a short period, we are down to just 2 STs and Torres is a 'glass' himself too..

Obviously not too bad a pull if he came out for the second half. If it was bad he'd have stayed in medical.
