Barbara 15,149 Posted August 11, 2013 Share Posted August 11, 2013 yeah, I don't think Mata will play.I'd go with KDB in the right, Oscar centered, and Hazard in the left.We shouldn't play Mata 90 minutes even if he's already recovered from his injury.It's not that much of a hard match - although I really believe there's no easy match in football (anything can happen) - so I'd spare him from starting and if he's fit to play, would play 30-35 minutes in the second.I think we can't afford to lose him for later and those pre-season injuries should be handled carefully so they don't create a situation later. Spain have a friendly a couple of days ahead of the EPL starting, perhaps Mata wasn't played that much to try avoid him from Spain's squad.
