I like the home kit. Though I agree with most that it would look nicer without the tyres. Would look amazing with a white Yokohama logo rather than red.

Whilst it seems likely that they've gone with a red Yokohama Tyres symbol on the kit because that is the way it is marketed by the actual sponsor, do you reckon adidas had pre-empted things by having a red trim anyway? adidas like to add traditional touches so it was inevitable before the red came around again as part of our kit. What I'm saying is I don't expect the tyre-tracks to always be red on future home kits.

If it is, then so be it. They're paying £40 million a season for the privilege so they're entitled to a degree of creative input.

Did anyone see the Chelsea TV news from Wednesday about the new training wear? They had a shot of Eden wearing the Champions League training stuff. The badge and stuff looked to be a teal colour.
