I don't understand how his passing is so inconsistent in every match. Yesterday he must killed at least 3-4 attacks in the first half by failing to execute very simple passes but he also made some very nice passes like the ones to Ramires and Hazard.

Oscar would mess up simple passes, than to something like his pass to rambo and his pass to hazard midweek...

I think a lot of that has to do with running around all game long.
