Poor mentality and a knack of inconsistency. Like he said in a recent interview, he's learning the EPL, adjusting to life in another country, and I think he deals with immense expectations placed upon him really well. Being asked to play on the wing can't be easy but he just does the best he can. He doesn't whine to the press about it. Still would like him to score more but he his having greater influences on the match, strength has improved massively and his link up play has improved. Good to see Rafa picking him more now as well. Also, I think him playing on the wing has improved a lot since the beginning of the year....He may not have Hazard speed/ acceleration, but he can go past people still on the wing...
