One of my dreams, maybe unrealistic is to be a football manager, however, I have never played in any under-18, 20s etc.

Do you think this why AVB is not doing so well? He has no background playing the actually sport?

Maybe to some extent, his intelligence isn't in question, any one who can change Sir Bobby Robson's mind on a player at the age of 16 clearly has something about them.

His lack of man management skills might boil down to him not being a player mind.

Not gonna lie, player's have too much power these days; they want to leave a club they employ a super agent and boom they are gone, they want their salary doubled same thing, super agent and a new contract with double their wages.

Feel for the guy. His coaching style is just not cut out for the Premier League and his stubbornness didn't help.

No. The problem is that he ain't a good manager period. He hasn't got the traits of a good one. The players would never "die" for him unlike for Jose. He is good until something bad happens and he can't manage to get out of it.

Disagree completely. If he was a horrible manager he would not of got two huge jobs with big clubs. He didn't get to finish a season with us so you cannot judge him solely on that. He also didn't have all that bad of a season at Tottenham last season. Might not of won any trophies but to say he is not a "good" manager is a bit silly. His playing style will be more suited in the likes of Spain and Italy I feel.
