Pogba is clearly one of the best players in his position and one of the most wanted footballers. Why would he come to Chelsea:

 

- no Champions League 

+ his family lives in London

+ money - we will give him a huge salary for sure   

- money - he'd probably got insane money at other clubs too

+ Conte.. He was the manager who trusted him and gave him a chance. 

- our new kit is disgusting :D

Even with Conte in charge, I think it's fair to say without CL we have absolutely no chance in signing Pogba.

Also teams like Real Madrid, Bayern, Barcelona and Man City right now probably have more a chance of signing him due to various combinations of CL, certain coaches and the prestige of some of those clubs.

Little chance IMO. If we actualy pay the money and Pogba prefers Chelsea for some reason, why not. Its expected we will be back in CL in no time. But there is a lot of ifs.

Haha, you mean he is driving up his transfer and wages by letting another club into the circus. He will never come here, Chelsea is just a name dropping tool for his agent. Unless of course, Chelsea over pay and he really, really likes working with Conte.
