Popular Post! TorontoChelsea 4,064 Posted December 14, 2012 Popular Post! Share Posted December 14, 2012 Time for fatty to leave, yes!!! :blue scalf:All of us have different opinions on different players and what would be best for Chelsea, but CELEBRATING the possible departure of one of the greatest Chelsea players ever is shocking for anyone claiming to be a Chelsea supporter. Even those supporters who believe it is best for Lampard to move on, do so with a heavy heart not with flag waving and cheering. Sir Mikel OBE 4,920
I've watched him carry this club on many occasions, and I think he has more than deserved his big payday in the MLS or China.

Mufassir08 2,400
Lampard comes back from injury and we win our last 2 games although he did not play a major part in them but just his presence even on the bench makes such a difference. Heisenberg 1,824
The board will make a big mistake if Lampard goes , he has a huge influence on the pitch & out of the pitch , I think its better for Mata , Oscar , Hazard , Moses , Azpi & all the new young players to chat everyday with the greatest Chelsea midfielder , than someone inexperienced.Plus Lampard is showing that he still have a good level of football , i'll surely cry if he goes , because i love him for his contribution to Chelsea & his charchter of a true leader & winner.I hope that Mourinho will come back next year , i'm sure he'll do the maximum so Lamps can stay , but i belive its more dreaming than reality. Popular Post! Manuf 1,448 Posted December 14, 2012 Popular Post! Share Posted December 14, 2012 Greatest Chelsea player in the last few decades. Haven't seen Osgood play, so Lamps wins it for me. Leif 6,006
He wants to be a starter. He's no longer good enough nor fit enough to be a starter. When he doesn't start, he's unhappy and honestly looks incredibly immature with his faces on the bench and little comments to the media occasionally.Yes, his experience is good, but only if he accepts a smaller wage and a squad role - like Giggs at Manchester United. Also, the "he came back from injury and we won 2 games. this shows how important he is to us" comments are making me cringe. Barcelona kept a clean sheet in their last game when Lampard was again available for us despite conceding in their game before that!!! This clearly means that Lampard's return angered the Barcelona players because he helped us beat them in the semi-final last year so made them step up their game!!!!!!!!!!!!No.
Jase 43,479
This can't be true! It would be extremely silly for the club to let Lampard go at the end of the season when this team is still young and needs experienced players like Lampard around. Even if he doesn't play on the pitch, his experience and influence can help the other players off the pitch. Why can't the club keep him like what Man United had done with Giggs and Scholes?!! Jase 43,479
My guess is that he won't accept a role like Giggs and Scholes have.Judging by what he said in the previous page, I don't think that is the case. Think Lampard knows that he can't be a regular starter in the team anymore. The only stumbling block here is probably agreement over the wages. nadavTKL 1,787
Letting Frank go would top the board's stupidity off.But he wants to play! if he cant play near as much as he wants in Chelsea, i think he should leave himself. It will be very sad for us Chelsea fans thats for sure, but the good thing is that Lamps will get to finish is career happy. As a Frank Lampard fan i wont be sad about it, Frank is just not someone who can seat on the bench so much, we know him. And its not a bad thing, he's just that kind of a winner. And he definitively knows about the goalscorers stat, he will want to crown himself.
