My "did he sleep with your girlfriend" is simply a way of saying "why the hell do you hate Frank Lampard, did he do something personal to you?" and it's pretty common way of expressing that. This is not about thinking it's time for Lampard to move on, this is a visceral loathing of Lampard. I understand fully how a Chelsea supporter can think that Chelsea will be better off without Lampard if his wage demands are too high. I can even understand those people who want to start building something new. What I do not understand is the several supporters on here who actually hate Lampard. I have friends who support Arsenal who respect and like Lampard more than some people on here. It's not only Lampard. It was the same with Drogba last season. I don't understand how you can call yourself a Chelsea supporters and actually hate any of our legends. It's just bizarre. Whether it's JT's case with Cunton Ferdinand; the way our players use twitter; Torres this, Torres that; the Clattenburg scandal; Lamps and Ash contracts. Everything gets blown up to huge proportions and every story has 10 follow ups most of which are not true. We're being followed by the media microscope and every little action is being fabricated into a huge story, trying to make us look bad. God only knows what goes on behind the scenes but one thing is for sure tou can trust the word from Franks own mouth. When interviewed after the game against Southampton he stated that he hadn't been in any talks about his future thus far.
