I'm thrilled and all that we got all our transfer dealings done so early and everyone can settled etc, but man this has got to be the most boring August from a Chelsea perspective so far in the entire Abramovich era.

I wonder if Roman feels the same and develops an itchy finger?

If no Vidal for them, I think their midfield is not that "complete". Vidal will make them up to the new level, with only De Jong I don't think so. Great news for us.

Vidal is actually very attacking minded, defensively he's good but he will never be a pure holding midfielder. He's a classy box-to-box player who likes to attack and get in to the box to score goals.

Nigel de Jong is the type of player Arsenal/United need, a pure cdm.

Best place for any defender. Barcelona is a team where every defender looks amazing because you don't really have to defend. 15M for a decent defender seems bit expensive but in the right range. Wonder if Arsenal will buy a replacement or go with what they have.
