JaKstone 307 Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 i think jose will stick to his word about buying 1 maybe 2 additions to the squad, the rest will be replacements like 2nd GK for cech.. etc etc..i wanted a pogba/koke so that cesc could be shifted to no.10 but after watching willian playing as a no10, i am mesmerized. think we should go all out for a RW (reus). not greizemann not douglas costa but a proper world class goal scoring winger.i think luis will be sold. he is not what we want considering we want a defensive left back and give hazard the freedom to roam freely.outs - cech, luis, mikel,DD,ins - 2nd GK, 2nd LB, romeu/mvg(loan), bamford. plus an extra signing of reus. we should make it our top priority.Untill when are some gonna pretend Bamford will be with us next season? For his best development and one of the only chances he has to succed here he should go on loan in a PL team and have a good season.I agree with Reus coming but i think it would be a big mistake to go the next season without buying another very good CM. He seems pretty contempt about our CB situation, but Varane is the only player he would not pass on since he rates him so highly.Tbh CB situation is fine in the short term at least, with Terry, Cahill, and Zouma. Would it be a good idea to sell him and get two strikers for next season? Am I nuts? Note - I really like Diego and hope he heals permanently. Yes, we need to preparing for the worst, always. But no need to sell Costa of course. Just buy another experienced 3rd striker will do. He's still fantastic in position and when he's told to be a right back version of Dave he can do it happily. The only reason he won't play every minute next season at RB is if we get a huge spate of injuries at centre half or if he is injured, not to mention that in absence of Cech (if he stays) he will be the next captain in line with Terry. Our defence with no modifications is fine for the next season and potentially the season afterwards too, depending on how much longevity Terry has left in him.
