Inzaghi and Suarez are the polar opposite of each other as a player...

You mean that one is slow and cannot finish with every part of his body and every part of his foot? I know why you would say 'they are polar opposites," but I don't think you know why I mention both of them just now.

Inzaghi was a pure poacher who had an excellent finish and was always in the right positions at the right time, whilst Suarez is a dribbler, needs the ball at feet, can play at either flanks or behind the main striker etc.

Completely different type of strikers.

anyone liked Pippo Inzaghi in his day? If Drmic becomes the player he could be, I think he is the next Inzaghi or Suarez. Arsenal ready to buy him apparently.

Isn't he on his way to Leverkusen already?

Yes, I understand that. Drmic IMO will probably not become a Suarez in terms of creating something through his dribble (probably more with less touches and more passing in the case of Drmic), but could be a bit of both of these kinds of player (even if he has not yet scored those Inzaghi headers yet). From my point of view, even though Suarez will create more than the poacher Inzaghi, in terms of finishing, I have not seen so many forwards that have such ability and awareness. Raul was another.

I'm speaking of finishing in the context of Inzaghi, Suarez, and Drmic.

If Jose meant seriously that he wants a striker similar to his describtion (can create, can score etc.), he will pay as much as required to get such striker. And such striker isnt cheap.. I can see him splasing big money, but question is of any of such strikers will move (Cavani, Suarez, Benzema,...)

Agreed, technical strikers are hard to come by these days. Unlike most i'm still holding the faith that Cavani could be on his way, (naive probably to think so, but hey crazy things have happened). The only striker 'semi-available' that fits the bill is Cavani,, God knows he wasnt talking about Costa with that description.

Cavani-Lukaku-Eto'o (if he stays) and Schurrle is a fine combination IMO.

One thing i'd like to see form JM next year is Schurrle as a second striker. Never saw that this season, only a false nine. Pulling a 442 against the lower teams can help throw a different look and keep the oppositions CBs occupied instead of the lone-wolf when we defend.

I didn't know about this kid. That's a special player for us, in the U.S. Finally some East African who lived in the U.S. is getting a chance.

Huge summer in terms of 'Getting it right' Lot of funds due to the firesale and freeing up of big wages but the key being spending right for the right positions.

Jose and the backroom staff will nail it I am sure of it. Cannot wait for next season.

Luciobrazil007 is turning into a little bitch. I'm really getting tired of your arrogant BS.

sorry you feel that way. but im sure others are getting tired of you belittling our players, and saying how great people like bradley are.

I hope it doesn't happen (probably will want to go to Madrid in a few years)but after yesterday I do think there is a small, small possibility of him going.

With all the PSG rumours, what he said about how he would consider it if his wife wanted (which I fully understand) combined with what he said in the interview and what Jose said yesterday, I do think he will definitely be linked with moves all summer, especially if he has a good World Cup.

You do realize that Hazard was joking about his wife wearing the pants, don't you?

I'm not going to say every Belgian member because many do support Chelsea and it's unfair to group them all together... but i'm sure a fair few would leave this forum if Hazard left.

actually if some did I WOULDNT blame them ... If we got rid of the most promising player we have . then its natural some would wonder if we were worth supporting
