So did he already sign a permanent Deal with Borussia?I only heard that they will sign him in the summer and Chelsea will have a buyout clause.I did not know if he was already their player.But still,we have the money from the Hazard transfer,I hope^^

The biggest thing we need to change is simple - fuck asking your number 10 to be a defensive workhorse. Play Hazard in the middle in a free role and watch him wreak fucking havoc!!

He goes by two players on the wings and the best he can do is pass it back to the top of the box or turn around. Let him play in the middle and get him to run right through the middle. He'd have Cesc right behind him to link up and Costa ahead of him working hard to run all over the place and pull the back line apart.

Doesn't even matter who you have on the wings in that case. Hazard plays way too far from the goal. In the beginning of the season I didn't say much because Oscar was doing relatively well and Cesc and Costa were firing but the longer the season goes it's becoming clear that there isn't anyone on the team even close to Eden, so just give him the Messi treatment and use him as best as we can.

..and then to spend money. Get a CB who can defend 1 on 1. People want to get rid of Cahill but I'd want a Terry replacement first. Cahill has been poor this season but the whole defensive philosophy forced upon us due to Terry is what hurts us more.

I said the same thing about moving Hazard into the middle earlier in the season. But the problem is, with the way Chelsea play, a midfield consisting of Matic, Cesc, Hazard lacks balance. The centre of the midfield would be very open and vulnerable to counter-attacks.

Matic, Cesc and Hazard would only work if you start playing a very dominant style. Lots of possession, high pressing. Even then, the lack of mobility of Matic and Cesc remains an area opponents can (easily) exploit.

I don't think Mou would play Hazard in the middle with or without Fabregas. That's just a hunch though.

Nobody believes that Mata could be a good option for US?

I do not think we need to describe Juan because all of US know him.

I think we have different attacking players with different characteristics:

1. physically strong players. Matic (perfect in all), Mikel, Ramires.

2. physically strong players with overflow capacity. Willian, Cuadrado.

3. unknowns. Oscar.

4. Players with ability to organize the team. Fabregas.

5. Strikers. Didier Drogba, Diego Costa, Remy and Hazard.

6. Young players (Physically strong and skilful). Nathan Ake and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

In all positions we have several players except players with ability to organize the team where we just have to Fabregas.

When our opponents makes a personal marking to put pressure on Fabregas us suffer a lot.

For me should be paramount sign players with the ability to make quick passes and increase the speed of circulation of our ball. We can not let Fabregas abandoned alone in the pitch.

Looking at the market there are very few options:

Koke. We have to sign him Yes or Yes.

Mata. A player who would be adapted quickly to the club and the city.

Ozil. He did well at Real Madrid, but it has been a disaster at Arsenal. Bad option.

Sneijder. Too old. Bad option.

De Bruyne. Maybe it is a very expensive option. I think Mata is more technical.

Isco. Real Madrid will never sell him. But it could be an option if Real Madrid sign Pogba. They are used to make all kinds of strange things with the signings. They are sometimes unpredictable. Isco has improved spectacularly in collective work with Ancelotti.

I don`t find more players like Fabregas in the market (players there are real possibilities of signing). If anyone knows any more, please put it. But I think these are the main ones options.

For me we are going to sign a Koke this summer. It is a hope that I have. But I think maybe we need more players like that. The season is very long, perhaps with a single signing like Fabregas might not be enough.

Mata could be a good option.

After the creativity they showed in recording their summer transfer dealings, who can say how the fee from Thorgan's sale will appear in Chelsea's accounts but the club did announce a while back that a permanent transfer to Gladbach had been completed.

Seriously, the team needs someone to to play when Matic needs to be rested, when he is injured and when he is suspended. Christoph Kramer (for example) can be the man to take the reigns when Matic is gone. Koke would replace Oscar's starting berth. The team lines-up as a 4-2-3-1 but that is just a static formation, on the pitch it's more of a 4-3-3 due to Oscar droping so deep. He is essentially another CM not a CAM and definitely not a #10 (like some people think he is for some reason). May as well get a player that can fill the defensive and offensive roles that a CM fufills. May as well be Koke, none are much better.

What I really want to see come in is strength in depth that José really trusts. Players he's 100% comfortable with, just like Azpi, Ivanovic and Matic. For the majority of the season it's been 11 plus Cech, Ramires, Drogba and more recently Zouma. That's it. Relatively no trust in Luis, Ake, Mikel (other than 3/4 games at Christmas), Schurrle, Salah, Remy etc. Next season we need to change that to get stronger.

A new World Class CB (Varane?)

New HG GK (Ruddy?)

Another creative/goalscoring CM (Koke? Pogba? Nainggolan)

A backup for Matic (Kondogbia? Imbula? Schneiderlin?)

A new World Class AM (Bale? Reus? Isco?)

Listed in order of importance IMO.

Would be nice to see Mikel, Ramires, Cech, Cahill possibly Oscar and a few youngsters (Piazon, Kakuta, Marin, Wallace) sold to fund some of this.

Bring back Bamford to replace Drogba moving to the coaching team and in an ideal world have a team like this next season:

If the pretty passes aren't working, we no longer muscle our way to victory like we used to with ballack, essien and lampard. The size of our midfielders are small and if they are not passing well I see no presence.

Four kids through the spine of the side, plus Ake and Zouma? José wouldn't even risk that against League 2 at the Bridge. Just ent going to happen. Though to be picky, if it did, Ivanovic and Christensen would be switched.

Not going to be a popular view but Bamford, Kalas, Christensen, Baker, RLC and probably even Ake need a PL loan before they're going to get regular minutes here. Unfortunately only one, maybe two will do that. And that's for the most advanced of our youth, people saying the likes of Boga as part of the first team squad are dreaming.
