THE POOREST PERFORMANCE FROM CHECH THAT I EVER SEEN!!!

He could've done a lot much better but to be fair most of the goals were given by the defense (and our world class winger Malouda).

wow that was some game why we play the high line with our slow defence is just nuts, i wouldnt ay the better team won the team that made the least mistakes won, we should have killed the game off when we was 1 up but didnt we were slow in the second half at the start i dont think it was Terrys fault it was the shit pass to him, 5-3 at home i mean were do we go from here two stright game we aint won now i know its early but im now starting to think 3rd or 4th i mean we will be fourth if Newcastle win on monday ill keep the faith as asways but this hurts more than last week, and another thing i think Cech was fucking crap today his placement in goal was crap on 3 of there goals

This is depressing. Arsenal deserved the win completely, we were terrible. Apart from those first 20 minutes we were crap in general. I hope some of the fans have now realised that we're still in a 'bad moment' and the fact we scored 5 past Genk means nothing. We're not playing good football and AVB's tactics are still unconvincing.

You know you're in trouble when Arsenal score 5 past you at Stamford Bridge.

Bosingwa for their fifth!!!!! What the fuck was that?!?!?!?!?! Just disgraceful. There we were, trying desperately to get an equalizer and he just strolls around the pitch

He should not have allowed RVP that much of space. Should have gotten closer immediately when the ball entered their half.

pathetic shit. 9 points behind within 10 games. Not looking good.

Our defense high line is a FAIL. dont know why avb doesnt realise this.

our second half performance was piss poor. Bad subs. Each one of them.

Having pride in Chelsea is becoming tough this season. My saving grace is that we are playing good football, but 3 defeats in 4 games....

Each time we score and take the lead, something happens and we completely switch off and start playing a practice match. What the fuck is wrong with our team mentality? Go finish a match ...dont start taking it easy. FFS .

Pathetic, painfully pathetic. We were very good first half, we could have gone 2-0 up but Sturridge squandered the chance and then we let a lead slip when we shouldn't have. When we scored before half time that should have been the game but what followed in the second half was the worst display of defending I've seen from a Chelsea team since Roman's takeover. It was dismal in every sense of the word. Why we are playing a high line against Arsenal? We beat Arsenal by playing deep, soaking up pressure and hitting them on the break, we beat Arsenal by limiting the amount of space their attacking players have to run in to.

Obviously AVB thinks we are good enough to outscore any team and in fairness we did score 3 but we aren't at the level yet to play an open game like that against Arsenal, that isn;t how we beat them. Yes the high line shouldn;t have been used but then thats the way AVB plays and we knew that and in his defence he can't account for shocking individual errors. Petr Cech being beaten at the near post 3 times! Cole stupidly fouling Walcott when there was no need to (the ball was going out of play for a thrown in to us) and then 4 of our players allowing Walcott to skip through even then he actually fell at one stage and Florent Malouda's lack of ability to pass the ball 10 yards. AVB's high line also didn;t account for poor performances, Sturridge was dreadful, Mikel is like the defensive midfielding opposite of Claude Makelele, whereas Makelele tracked runners and got about the pitch and tackled, Mikel finds new and interesting ways to avoid tracking any runners into the box. Torres didn't have a kick because nobody could find him and Ivanovic should not be a regular starting centre back, he is good but not great. Unfortunately AVB can't account for that.

There were some good performances though, Juan Mata was excellent, Frank Lampard was excellent, Terry did everything in his power to keep a faltering defence together.

Also maybe we should accept that the days of Mourinho, of the Makelele/Carvalho/Terry triangle are over. We wanted a more attacking expansive style and we have got it and I support it and AVB but for us to reach the highest level using that approach the quality of players needs to improve. Absolutely under Mourinho, with Claude Makelele, with Ricardo Carvalho we never would have conceded 5 today but by the same token you could argue we probably wouldn't have scored 3 either.

If anything can be learned from this, its that Ivanovic/Alex/Terry should never be paired up against a quick, aggressive team like Arsenal, using AVB's tactics...

2 goals, namely their first and the Walcott one happened because of this. They were too slow to react, the both of them....
