I am in love with Mata and his velvet touch. That moment where he killed the ball out of the air on the move and then played that lovely pass for Sturridge was a stunning play from Juan. What a player.

Apparently only Santi Cazorla has created more chances than Juan so far this year. Was flying around twitter a few weeks back so it could have changed but he hasn't played a lot since then so I doubt it. Maybe Hazards created more as well but I would need to check.

He's exactly the kind of player I personally respect. His attitude is world class, he doesn't dive, whine or do dirty tricks, he's skillful and creative. His technique is fantastic and he knows how to read the game. There was no problem for him to adopt to the Premier League and he is getting better and better. He may be our next Leader after JT.
