BlueLyon 9,359
Looks very promising, for a tall guy he has nice dribbling and passing skills, also heading wont be too big problem for him, but his finishing is dreadfull right now. I'm sure he will improve that, afterall every striker becomes top with experience. There is almost no talent, but endless shooting and in few years, you develop that feeling how to shoot. I doubt this guy will be truly deadly before his 24 bday, but then he could turn like Drogba. Also I hope he will be striker with 30+ goals several seasons, not just one great and then average. Promising, what is better than scoring against Lpool
Kojo 4,676
Lukaku played much better than expected, fuck me where did all that dribbling come from?, he absolutely terrorized carragher there lmao!.And not only that through ball was class. But still i can't get ahead of myself, it's only the first game in, but a great start for him, a goal on his debut. And i really hope he proves a lot of people wrong. Jose M, Muzchap, Term-X and 1 other
Jase 43,479
That one moment where he skinned Carragher was just quality. Very much like Drogba in his heyday. xPetrCechx and Heisenberg

dumps 284
im a huge fan of Romelu, and after seeing hte highlights of hte west brom game; it was great to see that Romelu was involved in nearly all of the chances. should have had 2 or 3 assists to his name and another goal!really hope he becomes the first choice striker at west brom, has a great season then comes back to the bridge as that £18million striker we bought then dominates for us!ROMELU!on a side note, im so glad that Liverpool failed, i hope they get relegated. zolayes

I like to think a pre-season w/ CFC has enhanced his qualities Again people the kid is only 19, I think he can improve. zolayes and Muzchap
AfricanBlue 104
Had some great moments today, loved him bulldozing over carragher and if he can perfect that type of goal he scored today it could be a real weapon for him with his size and strength. Dy-lan 142
Like everyone else, I was very impressed with his performance. The thing that amazes me the most about him is his pace, its not even "Oh he's fast for a big lad"...he is just fast period; he just also happens to be built like a tank. When he gets his first touch under control he is going to be an absolute nightmare for defenders. Stats

diskoviolente 425
Great to see that he got involved straight away.Do you think he could become a starter for West Brom ?
Nic! 301
Really doubting his playing chances. Long also put in a great performance to be honest and they still have Rosenberg (currently injured) coming. Don't know if Lukaku can play those two out of the starting squad. I have a feeling Clarke thinks Lukaku is the ideal player to bring on after an hour; opposition is a bit tired, Lukaku with pace and power will trouble them. And if that last sentence is true, he just might easily have stayed at Chelsea. Because I think he could have the same effect for Chelsea. zolayes and Atholy
