Sometimes he keeps dribling when the best thing to do is to pass, and he end up losing the ball.

Looks promising, he creates faster tempo for the team but i wish he shows more with his crossing and not only his cut inside moves which is getting predicatable. Overall good perfermance so far.

Seems like he has alot of talent but he cuts in and shoots a lot when he's on the left. I mean like all the time! To prevent that he need to play on the right. At times he also overdribbles and tries to beat too many defenders. I'm sure with time he will improve in those areas.

I agree, but the important thing, imo, is that he has got the ability dribble, pass and shoot; just needs to work on his decision making a bit.

Does anybody here dread the resemblance between Marin and Lennon/Walcott/SWP ? Small built, Speedy players, good dribblers, erratic decision making, and surprisingly easy to predict since they all tend to cut inside and shoot/pass almost always, and if forced wide, very weak crosses, actually awful crosses. I hope Marin turns out much much better than them, and since we didn't pay a load full of cash for him, the pressure wont be that much so he can take his time, maybe like Iva. #FingersCrossed

I think Marin probably the best crosser out of all those listed. Plus, I like that he gives genuine width to our play which still will be a problem for us this season imo.
