Oh yes this reaction was inevitable. KDB was sold because he could not adapt to Jose's system. He's a great player for Belgium because the style suits his natural game. I am sure he'll do well for an attacking team and then people here will start the usual drama of questioning why we ever let him go. Support Jose for all these kind of decisions also and not just for match results. If a player does not appeal to him then he will be sold and alternatives will be considered. Mata one of our best players got sold for the same reasons so there is no need to get so sad about KDB.

Del Bosque has incredible faith in him and to be fair Torres has done well for him so far. I am sure his experience factor helped him edge over some deserving players.

its amazing how you only remember the negatives and the positives. He had an incredible start to his Chelsea career and did very well during the first half of this season. Just because he ended it on an average note does not mean he's a bad player. Had Oscar been at some other club you'd be drooling over the prospect of signing him.

Its amazing how a few people here just forget about our own players and go on supporting players of other clubs.

I don't understand this deal because we already have a Thiago of our own and that is Frank Lampard but I guess Jose knows what he is doing. He's worked with him before and must have some reasons behind the move.

In reality it does not work this way. We just can not abandon the system we played for one full and change it for two players.

The important thing for him this season was to get noticed by clubs for his potential in the premier league. His debut against Liverpool showed exactly what he's capable of so now there will be a list of good loan offers for him. We could have loaned him out at the start of the season but I don't think we would have taken the loan move seriously as it would be have been yet another loan spell.

No next season will not be a 'transition' season. Jose has clearly stated many times that we will be challenging for the title from day 1 so there is no chance of failure. However,our hopes for Champions League glory should be that high because the league will be top priority. We'll have a perfect mix of youth and experience so I'd like us to challenge for a domestic cup as well. The team and staff have gained some invaluable experience this season and Jose has used it well to set up his team. Players who do not suit his philosophy are being sold and that too at a great profit margin so it's clear that the side next season will be what Jose truly wants.

Congratulations Real Madrid but Ahtletico played very well also. The scoreline does not reflect their performances at all.

This guy was my man of the match yesterday. He was superb and deserves most of the credit for the winner(second goal.) Bale did well to head the ball in from that kind of angle but the opportunity was created by Di Maria.

What did he do at the end? Simeone was absolutely furious with him and was ready to knock him out!

Carlo's man management skills helped him a lot this season. Jose built a great team but ultimately Carlo deserves the credit.

we do not need to spend the money we got from the Luiz deal on a player like Koke so just relax. With 50m we can cover at least two much needed positions.

He had an awful season but he was quite consistent for Everton. I wouldn't want him here but I hope he does well wherever he does go.
