I believe he chose to join Chelsea mainly because of United's failure to achieve CL football. Yes Jose must have played a big part in getting him here but then again not much convincing was really needed as we were the best remaining option. Anyways both parties have benefitted from this deal. Chelsea needed a player of his calibre and Fabregas wanted a top premier league club where he'd get to play more often. So +1 Moyes!

Ramires may not be the most elegant type of player but his work rate and 100 percent commitment on both halves of the pitch will be something which the team will need. His energy and versatility will really help us next season.

Both would want to play and I do not think the club will use the Real Madrid way of handling keepers. Cech has been a terrific player for us and is obviously a Legend but Courtois is the future now and we must accept that and be really excited about it. The club let Lampard and Cole leave so it won't surprise me if they let yet another legend leave. Whats important is that we all understand that these changes are being made for the best of the club. Goodbyes are a bitch but its time to continue the legacy with younger players.

I think both parties are desperate and hence why this deal is happening. We couldn't get a good deal for Pogba or Vidal and Fabregas needed a club where he would get the chance to play more often. I am sure his first choice would have been a return to Arsenal but looks like Wenger won't be spending 30m+ on a 27 year old. He's been shit for us but was an incredible player for Athletico and Liverpool(mainly first season). His achievements have been quite remarkable,especially the one when he was captain at just 19. Its just really sad to see a player who had so much potential turn out so bad. . We all have been very patient but Torres must make the decision to leave and embrace a new challenge.
