Major overreaction here. People want him sold just because of a few bad games this season but yet many forget the positives to his game. A good 90 minute performance will remind everyone why he's in the team. Till then try to keep calm.

Lets not play the blame game now. it was quite clear from the beginning that it'd be very difficult to win a major trophy without a consistent goal scoring striker. The only reason why Liverpool are doing better this season is because they are not in the Champions League and also the club gave Rodgers time to set up. Oh please! This guy has been consistent throughout the season and has scored against the biggest teams in Europe.Also it's not only about his goal tally this season but also his link up plays with his team mates. The latter being a very important trait to have for a Chelsea FC striker. Costa is by far the best possible option we have at the moment and I think he'll do well for us next season.

well he had to compete with 3 strikers before and now it'll be 2 so I am sure he'll be up for it. Also I believe Jose's initial plan was to have- Rooney,Lukaku and Torres where Ba would have gone off to Arsenal on loan. Sadly things didn't materialise and hence Jose had to deal with an extra striker. Jose always wanted to have a world class striker along with Lukaku hence why he went after Eto'o when the Rooney deal did not happen. The only problem was Ba couldn't go out to a club which would have benefitted both the club and him. (Arsenal got Ozil so Jose refused to send him out as he felt they would have become more stronger)

Happy for Bale. He deserves to play for Real Madrid and has done well in his first season there. Spurs were very lucky to have him and its just a shame that he missed out on a few years of Champions League football. This season- Bale>Neymar.

Its difficult to really predict how Jose will use his strikers. I think there won't really be a pecking order in team but it'll be all based on all round performances. So if Lukaku plays well then I am sure he'll get the opportunity to start the next few games. Costa may take some time to adapt to the league so I am sure Lukaku will get his chance. Eto'o will get his chances as well but not as much as he has had this season. I just feel that its better we try out Lukaku first before just making a predetermined decision of selling him for 'X' amount.

Credit to Liverpool for being in this kind of a position but we'll see how they will really perform when they'll have to deal with Champions League football next season. I don't want to sound biased but I believe reaching the semi finals of the CL and a second place position so far without a consistent goal scoring striker has been a really remarkable achievement. I really like players who enjoy and love playing for their clubs. The admiration always makes them put that extra effort and well for supporters,thats just amazing to watch. Also the off the field interviews make you really proud to have such kind of footballers in the team.

This match is very very important. Its imperative that we kill of the game before the hour mark so that we can finish the game on a high and at the same get the opportunity to rest a few players. Lol there is no way Ba will stay beyond this season. The last few performances have shown that he deserves to be a regular starter for a club with not many season objectives. Also it'd be foolish to sell Lukaku just because we are signing Costa. A strikeforce of Costa,Lukaku and Eto'o would be really deadly.
