So went into a local shop today for a crunchie, turns out the bastarding thing cost 70p. Was completely outraged, since when did fucking crunchies cost 70 fucking p? Last time I remember they were 45-55p and that was 2 years ago. This is an outrage but I didn't let the fat cats win by not flipping out. I just took the crunchie, ate it and then took some scotch and went crazy. At this rate, in the words of Kevin Bridges 'It won't be long until we are paying a fucking quid for a chomp.' /rant about economic crisis ruining Ryan's feeding time over.

Not posted in here for a while. Still hit the gym, just can't really be bothered taking protein shakes now but I'll probably start taking them again nearer the summer I reckon when I am able to concentrate for a larger chunk of time on my physical health rather than right now with school and exams and all that coming up. I know since the last time I posted in here I am able to do much more in the gym in terms of weights so I suppose thats a plus.

Thats an incredible number of good players. They say Real barely produce/give a chance to talented youngsters but imagine if they had and won with those players years ago..

I have to be honest, this is getting pathetic. Its obvious Lampards going, deal with it. Roman is a smart guy, hes always done whats best fo Chelsea so I am 100% behind him for this. Sure hes done a lot for the club but didn't AVB not try and reduce him to a squad player last season and he started throwing the toys out of the pram? Its only right that someone younger like Oscar or Kevin get the amount of playing time Lamps gets right now next season. Hes still useful but so are players like Luka Modric, Joao Moutinho, Fernandinho, etc who actually all suit our system too.....
