Madrid supposedly want Kyle Walker and Glen Johnson aswell, has Jose found a sudden lush for right back's who can't defend?
-
I swear whenever we think we have got shot of him, Bosingwa somehow finds a way to get back in the team, smh.
-
I dont think he will, but he should.
-
Caprisso is right, i support Torres and treat him like any other player and i will criticize his performance if i don't believe it's good enough, not make excuses just because he cost £50m. The biased treatment and double standards with Torres has been mind baffling (IE he has had 2 major goal drought's yet gets no stick, Danny has 1 mini goal drought and gets booed )

---------------Cech--------------- Iva-------DL4-----Terry----Cole ---Lampard-Romeu--Malouda ----Ramires-Didier---Mata Subs: Hilario*, Ferreira, Cahill*, Mikel, Essien*, Kalou, Torres. *should not come on unless nessesery. Ramires drifting into midfield to get the numbers in against Xavi, Iniesta and Cesc aswell as helping out Ivan in defence. Malouda likewise help out Cole, Mata likewise when nessesery. Torres on for Drogba around the 70 minute mark, if we need more defensive strength get Mikel on for Lampard around the same time. Kalou can be used as an option too. These players im about to mention below need to stay away from the team or Barca will have a field day. Gary Cahill - Im going to get slated for this one but while he's done great domestically he has looked nervous as hell in the CL, it must be Luiz and Terry playing this one. Jose Bosingwa - Enough said. Raul Meireles - Can't tackle, would be a suicidal addition against Barca. Micheal Essien - No mobility anymore. Daniel Sturrigde - Won't track back, Adriano will go forward at will and have a field day if Danny is up against him. Ryan Bertrand - Great future but this match will be far too soon for him.
-
What does he actually offer anymore? Atleast last season he was making up for shite performances by scoring, this season all he does is take the ball pass it to the opposition or run into the first defender. I prefer Kalou out of the 2, atleast he puts effort in and occasionaly makes something happen, Malouda offers us nothing going forward anymore. Having said that i think he should play in the midfield 3 against Barca, he can still offer a defensive side to his game, something we are going to need big time in those 2 legs.
-
I wonder if Mata's goal got groaned like it was disallowed like Lampard's against Sunderland's did at the MHL after every one realized it was a genuine Chelsea legend that scored and not Torres On another note im glad his performance's are improving but he isnt out of the woods yet, all it takes is one dreadful performance and its goal drought mark 3.
-
Unbelievable, it's going to be Mata next
-
Watched the full game back, he had a few rusty moment but for his full premier league debut i thought he had a fantastic game and with more experience will only improve.
-
Did Danny get booed yesterday? if he did then i am quite frankly speechless.

If we are going to appoint RDM in the summer it has to be for the right reason's (like he is one of the few that would do a proper rebuild, a complete new manager might "access" our "superstars"), not because we have a touch of nostalgia.
-
I didn't get to see the game, but Steve Bruce said Ryan was solid and always looking to get forward and ping crosses in, was he right?
-
Last 2 season's have been dreadful, biggest mistake we made not dismantling the double winning team immediately and rebuilding from that moment on.
-
Happy to be 3rd half way through in my first ever prem season but it's also frustrating to think i would be joint first if we held on on day one
-
I think were reading too much into this Essien thing. Sometimes when we concede silly goals i smile in a way as in i cannot believe what's happening so if i don't smile ill cry sort of way, Essien could quite easily have been doing the same. As for hugging Nasri after the City match? you seriously can't be slating him for that surely? Torres done exactly the same to nearly every Liverpool player after they turned us over at The Bridge, yet i didn't see him getting any stick.
-
End of the day it's 3 points, we would get the same number of points winning 15-0 at Old Trafford. Bertrand has to play more often now, he looks so comfortable its unreal.
-
The West Stand is a joke, i was chanting something can't remember what now and some bloke (in a suit) next to me was conducting a business meeting on the phone and told me to shut up
-
Disagree with Cahill, he has looked shaky in the CL so far, playing him against Barca will be suicide, we MUST play DL4.
-
Its not once tho, last 2 season's at the Shite Fart Pain Ferreira has marked Bale out of the game completely.
-
Sadly coming to the end that run started to become a hindrance, seeing the number of draws at the end of that run it's clear players were desperate to save that record even at the expense of 2 points.
