Same way you could say they could have 4-6 less points, you could say same with us when you consider Fulham and smaller extent Palace. So it is strange to see bookies place us as favourites. How can you say that, we signed the mighty DISASI as a key position CB, then he played as a RB, then he got loaned out to Villa to share the brilliance. Also, what about the great LAVIA who can barely stay fit for 5 games. I said at the time that outbidding Liverpool for Lavia was a waste of money. Don’t worry… come January/next summer, folk will be creaming themselves over how we signed 5 or 6 players (that 90% doesn’t include a top GK or CB) with a ridiculously low net spend.
