Again it is all very deceiving. We almost always hit form in march. What made hiddink job more easy was that players don't need motivation to impress a new manager. They all were eager to perform. Hence a good run in champions league and premier league and FA cup. I hope he wins us the champions league but I wudnt jizz my pants just yet

Hidding left PSV and went to Turkey to manager Fernebace, the went to Valencia, then he managed dutch national team for 4 years, then he went to Real Madrid and got the axe before one entire season because he said the club lacked professionalism, then: Real Betis, South Korea, PSV, Australia, Russia, Turkey.

Carlo in Italy: 1999-2009 managed the giants Juventus and Milan, in a period when they were really giants.

If you can't seen a huge difference between a manager who stayed one entire decade managing top clubs in the same league and managed to win only one league and a manager who besides some months in Real Madrid never managed a really great team, then you are hopeless.

Could also be said that Carlo had much the same squad as Hiddink, But Hiddink had them when they were younger, They were hungry to win something as they didn't win anything the season before, and alot of them were playing for there contracts for the next season.

Hiddink is being perscribed here as 'The perfect coach', with his acomplishments in South Korea being noted. That means nothing when trying to suit him with the Chelsea job. People talk about ovrebo fucking us up. But Hiddink made a tactical blunder by sitting back for the final 20 minutes against 10 men Barcelona who were there for the taking. Invited pressure for 20 mins and then we all know what happened.

People slated Grant when he sat back at 3-1 against spurs while spurs leveled 4-4 in the end. Yet They don't blame hiddink for that blunder against 10 men Barcelona

But the other way is ... after winning 3-1 away, why did we end up having that poor first half? Did Hiddink motivate the players enough? Or did he let them become complacent?
