Does one even have to 'try' to offend Liverpool fans? Their state of being permanently outraged over something or the other is unlike I have ever seen among any group of people anywhere in any walk of life.

Underneath all that bluster they are the most insecure group of people around. The way they acted after Arsenal made a bid for Suarez was cringeworthy. Rodgers, FSG and the fans acted like a bunch of 5 year olds who got there sweets took off them.

Every supporter has a game they immediately look towards as their side's 'big one' and the fixture list for the 2014-2015 season will be revealed on Wednesday June 18.

We're getting there. 6 more days! :blue scalf:

Hoping we'll start with a home game again.

Pretty handy getting it out of the way mind you

True but not sure I would like it THIS early. Wouldn't mind it at all if it was in September, like last season. At least it gives us some time to build up some steam first.

Opening day away to Burnley. Shit. Tough game, almost certainly going to be moved to Sunday or Monday.

City at home September 20th.

Man United at home, Arsenal away and Liverpool at home in our final SIX games.

From 30th of August to 8th of November, we'll play Everton away, Man City away, Arsenal at home, Man United away and Liverpool away on alternating matchdays.....Fuck.

That first three months is as tough a fixture schedule as I can remember, plus there will be Champions League matches. If we can get through that then the Christmas period is kind (Stoke, West Ham, Southampton and Spurs) but then the run in is tough with three teams looking at either the title or top four (Man United, Arsenal and Liverpool) and three teams who could be fighting relegation (Palace, West Brom and Sunderland).

Not kind scheduling.
