City have the best combination of strikers in European football right now. Opposition plays a high line? Bring Aguero on. Devastating player.

Need a target man? Dzeko can step forward .

Want pace and power? Hello Mr. Negredo. He may become similar to Drogba the way he’s playing at the moment.

Either of those two can unlock deep sitting teams.

And Jovetic can still recover from his injuries.

They could easily win domestic treble this season. And probably will. They are that good. They will knock out Barca from CL.

City's slow start shows nothing, it's just a case of adapting to a new manager .

I'm not even saying it because of West Ham game. But because of their overall play, they strikers, their ability to recognize what they need and unlimited funds to buy it.

City are setting standards really high. Winning the league without strikers who are scoring for fun ( especially against smaller teams) will be as close to mission impossible as it gets. Winning against smaller teams will be a must still not enough. Arsenal could do it all season and they would still lose. If we fail to bring extremely clinical striker (preferable two - one can't have his day every day) this season or the next, we won't stand a chance against them to win this League.

There may be pleasure to take from that but be careful of what you wish for...

Well the Mail is now saying he could be out for six weeks anyway!

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2537430/Robin-van-Persie-action-six-weeks-thigh-injury.html

With RVP in Holland and Rooney on a warm weather holiday I seriously doubt both, if any, of the two will be fit to face us. Even if they are, they definitely won't be 100% that's for sure.

I'm always excited to face United, but them being at their weakest moment in decades makes it all the more exciting!

If that is true about Van Persie and not some attempted plan to fool us, then good. As for Rooney, he's been sent on a warm weather holiday so that he can recover in time to play against us and it's a possibility that may well happen.

If there is one bad luck moyes has, its this vanpersie injury. Losing 35-40 goals from his sheer finishing has cost them.

Mancity had to win the title on goal difference under fergie without vanpersie. But he would have gotten some winning goals in games they have not played well like last season.

It's ok to not be afraid anymore! :P

Moyes actually said that RVP "might be out for a while" in his PC. Don't know where all the talk about him being fit for our game came from.

What is Tottenham thinking? I mean, who plays on a 4-4-2 yet? Not even the Brazilian teams play it anymore!

Well, it is not like that was invented in 1970 anyway...

What you have to understand is that Tim Sherwood is a very thick, inarticulate person
