Not to mention Ben Arfa. There have been far better goals, both this season and in PL history. No credibility to that award whatsoever.

It's a stretch to say that City would dominate for decades after just one league triumph. Has a team ever actually dominated for, say, 20 years? People thought the same about us, we were practically unplayable and instantly successful right from the start of Roman's takeover, but look where we are now. We get flashes of brilliance due to the amazing team spirit, I don't think City can come even close to us in that respect.

TX, I usually agree with you and I agree that City having a successful season would be a potential disaster, but saying that they will dominate for tens of years is a big stretch imo.

Premier League teams need to crack the 100 mark to be taken seriously with regards to domestic and global domination. Unless they happen to be Manchester United.

Martinez & Jelavic have both won the Manager and Player of the Month for April respectively. Well deserved.

However, knowing the curse of those awards, Wigan probably won't win their next game & Jelavic will suffer a goal drought.

I agree very well deserved, Martinez making Wigan do it at the right time. And Jelavic has been class, that goal against Man United the header... unbelievable.
