Pizy 19,384 Posted August 28, 2021 Share Posted August 28, 2021 When Arse are actually able to retain the ball in attacking areas they aren’t woeful. They’ve got some pretty nice attacking talent. They started decently against us and here against City for a few minutes. But their midfield and entire defense is shambolic. If they sack Arteta and give a proper manager a couple of windows to rebuild the defense they could be pushing in the 4th-5th range. But they’d still be years away from challenging the big 4. Problem is, they just spunked 130m on extremely average players who a new manager may not fancy. Now they’d have to start another rebuild.
