They were created to help clubs if there's a COVID outbreak but now, clubs are just abusing it whenever they have injuries, players away at AFCON etc. Arsenal supposedly have only ONE positive case and the rest of their absentees are due to injuries, suspensions and players away at AFCON and now, they have got the fixture postponed.
