Yeah but he didn't go for that in the same transfer window. We wanted him a year before he eventually went.

Next year we will be able to get him for a much smaller pricetag, because there will be one year less on his contract, etc, and it will be a similar scenario to modric. But, i don't see us getting him for much less, in this transfer window.
