Get him or Kondogbia and get Cavani or Rooney and we're pretty much done this summer.

We should also seriously consider buying Luke Shaw now as Cole's replacement and loaning him back to Southampton for the season before City or United go sniffing around. We know he's a Chelsea fan and I'm sure he'd jump at the chance to sign for us.

That's a good shout actually. Add a good home grown 2nd choice goalkeeper and we're set for years (we can pursue JT's replacement next season).

According to the "Gazzetta dello Sport" there was a meeting between Roma und De Rossi where they told him, that if a offer comes in for De Rossi, they will look at it and evaluate it

He is up there with Schweinsteiger and Yaya Toure but he is 29 years old soon to be 30 it's still good to have him he'll stay worldclass for 2 seasons atleast.

Maybe more too but I suppose it depends entirely on his life style and fitness. Usually a CDM can play at top level until 35 or so if he is really world class like Pirlo...etc

Schweinsteiger is 28, Yaya is 30. I think age will be no problem at first. He might be a mid-term solution at best, but the best possible. Also we have enough DMs like Chalobah, RLC in the making to take over from him, but right now, we need a DM more than anything else to be competitive again.
