I can't look at any games we have coming up and think there is a chance we win more than we lose

If we are losing to Spurs and Ipswich at home, that's downright pathetic and I would think Maresca would be on the sacking list.

If we lose those games, that is the season done.

I look forward to Lavia returning for this one, looking amazing as usual, and then we’ll find out days later that he got injured for another couple of months or something. 🤦‍♂️

My money is on Maresca takes him off after 45 minutes, claiming "just to be extra careful". Then, after 3 weeks, he mentions Romeo'd be very close to return. Then never see him again this season.

Chelsea's first team lost 3:0 to
the U21s on Wednesday

Chelsea's U21s (including some U16s)
beat Enzo Maresca's squad of
non-internationals (including Gusto
Badiashile, Tosin, Lavia, Sancho
Nkunku etc) thanks to goals from
Donnell McNeilly (2) and Chizzy
Ezenwata.

Probably just following Enzo's rules about passing backwards and sideways and walking with the ball.

Honestly feel like the situation with the U21's is the players switching off from the manager and his insistence on them coming back in for training is a small man's move to try and show he is in control. Any money they played the game in gear one, passing side to side not doing anything all game whilst the u21's played direct and ran through the..

Honestly, Enzo's tactics are absolutely horrific. However, he will just see it as the squad 'not getting his tactics'/'needing more time to learn the system'.

Does he even use tactics? What about the good  old days when players just did their thing and played with a pleasing style. If nowadays u look at the various coaches explaining to subs what tactics they must follow, do they even heed all that information.

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca says Cole Palmer, Nicolas Jackson and Noni Madueke "are all good" ahead of facing Tottenham on Thursday.

"Cole is back, he is okay. Noni is better. Nico is better. They are all good," he said, speaking at the pre-match news conference.

Good news all around.
