Few players better than the ones in their lineup but they’ve consistently been in and around the top 4 for a few seasons now - we marginally pipped them in the only time we finished above them. They have a settled squad for years + the know how to manage games in this league unlike our squad which is refreshed every year and has super inexperienced players in key areas. Or have the autonomy to make big decisions about who to play? Let’s say for instance he doesn’t fancy Enzo Fernandez and drops him for Andrey Santos who performed so well for him last season will the owners who laid £105m for him allow that? No chance, imo.
