English var has become a joke.
Everyone else has learned it except in England.
I watch tons of matches.

Precisely. They seem to come up with their own rules or different "interpretations" each season, which causes even more confusion.

The irony being VAR was to 'end controversy once and for all'

Exactly. It's arguably had the complete opposite effect over here.

was smart by mudryk to accept our offer than arsenal offer.

make the contract of his life and he is getting good money

its better to not waste him because I really think that he will never have other offer like this

Yep - his in between game is non existent. If he isn't having a moment of magic, it is nothing from him. Like playing with 10 men.

His work rate is horrendous.

I think there is a player on him but not in this kind of level.. maybe  midtable team or even in a relegation team but thats it

he needs plenty of patiente and time to develop his skills but clubs like Chelsea can't waste so many time in the faith that he can turn into a very good player

its better to sell him or even loan him next season and stays with madueke that I don't have high hopes but I think that is better than mudryk and buying other winger

Mudryk, I have explained many times, is pitch blind.
This cancels all his efforts and also cancels the efforts of his fellow players when they use him.
Only in a weak league he could maybe do something.

Rabbit in headlights, if we had another Noni on that side we'd have crawled over the line some games. Not that Noni is amazing but he's markedly improved in the last fistful of games in terms of being direct and pushing forward. Murdryk is just.. I have so much hope, then he gets the ball and I get smacked with reality. He may well suit a team that plays on the counter and he is basically told to stay up top for a lobbed ball over the top or a long pass down the flank to chase.

You only have to see the comments on our game yesterday from Villa fans alone to know we got robbed. There own fans have said the decision was poor and compare the upvotes to the downvotes.

Look at Trossard's goal against Wolves last week. Wolves wanted a foul as Jesus nudged player in the back, however as foul was not given in normal time, VAR did not intervene which is correct. Same should have been done yesterday. This VAR is total bullshit. Not a fan of it. I feel the people sitting in their little lobby making decisions have their own agenda. Does that goal get ruled out if it is the other way? Never...

Don't really trust the lines thing as well. Think it is too inconsistent and on another day that Jackson offside is ruled on side.

We did well in circumstances to get a point with injuries and lack of options on bench and against a team who had a whole week's rest but annoyingly feels like a loss after being robbed from the fraud of VAR team.

It is funny before the incident even happened at the end I had already posted my thoughts about VAR: needs to be abolished, imo. I've honestly not enjoyed the game in the same way since it was introduced. I just feel numb, watching goals go in and wondering if it is really a goal, waiting at least a minute after (often several) to understand if it is a real goal. And by then the high has mostly gone.

I really wish we would eradicate it or heavily limit its usage. I am in favour of perhaps using it for reviewing incidents of reckless / dangerous foul play. Other than that I don't really want it in our game. Even the offside stuff takes too long and kills the enjoyment. Just leave it to the people on the ground, yes they'll make mistakes, but we can actually enjoy the game moment by moment again.

VAR is useful in two ways.
It eliminates gross injustices and also eliminates football violence (or has helped to reduce it significantly).
I was a VAR supporter for many years as the technology was available but the associations were not ready to use it.
What is wrong now is not var but the humans who operate it.
If they are clueless then this is the result.
There are some things people don't know about var. So they ask about the City match why Chelsea were not given the corner kick after the penalty was ruled out, but they don't know this is not allowed.
But the operators we have here in the PL are all useless.

that is fucked up

as IF VAR is empowered to look at a play, then they sould be able to adjudicate anything that comes from that play

You sure about that ?
We drop out of conference.
If we qualify is it allowed ?
If so season is over - Sack Poch.

How long before that ref shaves his head bald like all the other fucking illuminati initiated fraud refs? Absolutely pathetic this VAR bullshit. 🖕 If that was a foul, then just scrap football altogether if NO contact at all is allowed, we don't need this new pussy ass "sport"... but I suspect this rule applies only to CFC.  🖕

The PGMOL say that VAR is not there to re-referee games, yet that is exactly what it is doing. In the Villa game the Ref was looking straight at the incident when Badiashille challenged the Villa defender and saw nothing wrong with it......there are challenges like that 100s of times in every game that are not deemed fouls....yet VAR flags this one up.... and once that twat goes to look at the monitor you know we are f**ked.

We have had far worse challenges on our players not given as penalties....Gallagher @ Anfield....as they are deemed not to meet the threshold for a foul. It is time we followed the Swedes and binned VAR

I like Noni. I think unlike some people in the squad he has some grit about him and is actually trying to improve/develop. Again, he is a development project, but at least I can see signs with him that he could develop into a consistent PL winger. His tracking back and willingness to challenge for the ball is also helpful.

I think with some respect, he gets criticism/grief for his demeanor. I grew up in a similar area to Noni so understand that his 'attitude' is really confidence/a front to not be picked on/messed with.
